*lids are treated with a food-grade mineral oil. It is recommended to wash them by hand in warm soapy water. The silicone ring inside is removable so that you can clean under neath it as well. Occasionally, re-treat the bamboo with food-grade mineral oil.
*straw hole is 0.50 inch and works with most straws
