SELF-LOVE SMOOTHIE

Beets and berries are full of antioxidants, fiber, vitamins and minerals that can help reduce the risk of heart disease and lower blood pressure! (Serves 1)

 

Ingredients

1 cup - unsweetened almond milk

1/4 cup -  beets (peeled and diced)

1/2 - frozen banana

1/2 cup - strawberries*

1/2 cup - raspberries*

*Use at least one frozen fruit for best smoothie quality.
